前列腺黑色素瘤
Melanoma of the Prostate
诊断要点：
1，前列腺发生的黑色素瘤多为其他部位转移而至，原发性于前列腺的黑色素瘤十分罕见，形态学与其它部位的恶性黑色素瘤相似；
- 鉴别诊断包括前列腺黑变病、细胞性蓝痣、列腺腺泡性腺癌伴色素沉积。
免疫组织化学染色：
SOX-10. S100 蛋白、HMB45 以及 Melan-A 阳性，角蛋白和 PSA 阴性。
