肾脏生殖细胞肿瘤

发病部位： 肾脏
诊断要点：
滋养细胞相关的各种肿瘤可发生于肾脏，其中组织学类型最常见为绒毛膜癌；但大多数肾脏的滋养细胞肿瘤系睾丸肿瘤转移所致；需要与伴有合体滋养叶细胞分化的尿路上皮癌或肾细胞癌相鉴别。
肾母细胞瘤伴有各种分化时可相似于畸胎瘤，而肾脏原发的畸脂瘤非常罕见，部分与类癌并存，其他包括肾脏发育不良和马蹄肾等；
其它更罕见累及肾脏的生殖细胞肿瘤包括混合性生殖细胞肿瘤伴有卵黄囊瘤和畸胎瘤成分。
免疫组织化学染色：
表达相应生殖细胞相关的标志物。值得注意的是，细胞滋养层细胞和中间型滋养细胞可表达 GATA3，不应与尿路上皮癌混淆。
